Περίπου 160 μέτρα δυτικά-νοτιοδυτικά από το Καταγώγιο βρίσκονται τα ερείπια των Ελληνικών Λουτρών. Το νερό ήταν πολύ σημαντικό σε ένα ιερό της υγείας. Πριν κοιμηθούν στο Άβατο, οι άρρωστοι πλένονταν για να είναι καθαροί, με νερό από ένα ιερό πηγάδι. Από πού ερχόταν όμως τόσο νερό; Από τις πηγές του βουνού Κυνόρτιου, πάνω από το ιερό. Το νερό κυλούσε σε αυλάκια και περνούσε από δεξαμενές όπου η λάσπη κατακάθιζε στον πάτο, κι έτσι συνέχιζε καθαρό. Έπειτα έφτανε σε δύο κρήνες, μεγάλες βρύσες όπου μοιραζόταν, και η μία ήταν ιερή. Κομμάτια από αυτά τα αυλάκια και τις δεξαμενές δεν είναι εδώ: φαίνονται στο βορειοανατολικό κομμάτι του ιερού, κοντά στα Ρωμαϊκά Λουτρά. Υπήρχαν και αγωγοί που έπαιρναν μακριά το βρόμικο νερό. Η UNESCO λέει ότι αυτό το σύστημα είναι εξαιρετικό παράδειγμα μεγάλου δικτύου ύδρευσης και αποχέτευσης. Περίπου 80 μέτρα βόρεια από τα λουτρά βρίσκεται το Ωδείο.

The Greek Baths — Clean water from the mountain for a sanctuary of health
About 160 metres west-south-west of the Katagogion lie the ruins of the Greek Baths. Water mattered a great deal in a sanctuary of health. Before they slept in the Abaton, the sick washed to make themselves pure, with water from a sacred well. But where did so much water come from? From the springs of Mount Kynortion, above the sanctuary. The water ran along channels and passed through basins where the mud sank to the bottom, so it flowed on clean. Then it reached two fountains, big taps where it was shared out, and one of them was sacred. Parts of these channels and basins are not here: they can be seen in the north-east part of the sanctuary, near the Roman Baths. There were also drains that carried the dirty water away. UNESCO calls this system an excellent example of a large water supply and sewerage network. About 80 metres north of the baths stands the Odeion.
